 ¡¡¡¡The Company would supply the wellhead device and the Christmas trees for the oil exploration and production on land and ocean, which could completely satisfy the updated requirements of API 6A from design to manufacture, test and quality control. Especially, the Company has attained API Spec 6A Certificate and right to use the Mark. For the products, the primary bearing pieces are molded by the low alloy steel (the stainless steel), with the strong bearing capacity. For the wellhead device, it¡¯s with the max. working pressure of 140Mpa and the max. hanging load of 500T. It could satisfy API¡¯s material grades of AA, BB, CC, DD, EE and FF, the temperature grades of L, P, S, T, U and V. In addition, the products are with the standard grade of PSL1-4, and the capacity grade of PR1-2. What¡¯s more, the products could meet the corrosion protection requirements of NACE MR0175.
It¡¯s available to supply different structure to meet the wellhead devices with the different casing programs and under the different working conditions. In addition, there are also the Christmas trees and the auxiliary tools for your choice. We could also design and manufacture according to the client¡¯s requirements.

The casing head is used to connect the connecting sleeve and various of wellhead devices, which could support the gravity of the technical casing and the production casing and seal the annular space among the pipes. In addition, it¡¯s also helpful to install the blowout preventer, the tubing head, the Christmas tree and other upper wellhead device. What¡¯s more, with the 2 side ports on the casing head body, it would be available to supply cement, inspect the well sink and add into the balance fluid.
The casing head supplied by the Company is with the standard structure. In addition, the casing head is equipped with the casing hanger produced by the Company inside the shell. It¡¯s also available to select the casing hangers at different sizes according to the casing program and the wellhead conditions. The upper part of the body is API 6B flange or API 6BX flange.
Options of Casing Head:
The sub-unit connection of the casing head could be API round-thread casing connection, API partial-trapezium thread casing connection, the inserted-welding casing connection or the slips connection.
It¡¯s available to supply the group-welded supporting chassis.
There are 2 kinds of side outlets, the screw-thread one and the cutting-silk one. The cutting-silk side outlet is with the female screw of the R1(1/2)¡± valve converter.
